Monday/Wednesdays: 4:30 p.m. Tone & Tighten - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio. Begins: August 30

Monday/Wednesdays: 5:30 p.m. Zumba - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio. Begins: Sept. 4

Wednesdays: Wakeup Workout: 6:45 - 7:30 a.m. - open to to students, employees, and spouses. Regents Center Dance Studio.  No classes remaining in 2017, please see schedule after New Year.

Tuesday/Thursdays: 11:30 a.m. Tone Zone - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio. Begins: August 17

Tuesday/Thursdays: 4:30 p.m. Yoga - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio. Begins: August 31

Tuesday/Thursdays: 5:45 p.m. Full Body Workout - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio. Begins: Sept. 4

Tuesday/Thursdays: 6:30 p.m. Martial Arts Workshop - open class to to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio. Begins: Sept. 5

Masters Swimming is offered with Monthly registration sign-ups. Each month, approximately 12 workouts are offered at the Luther Pool: Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:00 a.m., Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m., Fridays 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., and Sundays 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Classes are open to swimmers of all fitness and ability levels.
