Monday/Wednesdays: 4:30 Tone & Tighten - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio. Begins: August 30th

Masters Swimming is offered with Monthly registration sign-ups. Each month, approximately 12 workouts are offered at the Luther Pool: Tue 6-7 am, Wed 6:30-7:30 pm, Fri 11:30-12:30, and Sun 4-5 pm.
