Fitness Classes

2nd Semester Classes

Monday/Wednesdays: 4:30 p.m. Tone & Tighten - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio.

Monday/Wednesdays: 5:45 p.m. Zumba - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio. 

Tuesday/Thursdays: 11:30 a.m. Tone Zone - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio.

Tuesday/Thursdays: 4:30 p.m. Yoga - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio.

Tuesday/Thursdays: 5:30 p.m. Full Body Kickboxing - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio.

Tuesday/Thursdays: 6:30 p.m. Martial Arts Workshop - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio.  

Masters Swimming is offered with Monthly registration sign-ups. Each month, approximately 12 workouts are offered at the Luther Pool: Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:00 a.m., Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m., Fridays 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., and Sundays 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Classes are open to swimmers of all fitness and ability levels. Tuesdays: Tai Chi - 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. - open to employees and spouses only. CFA Studio II. FEE. Spring session 2: Starts April 10th

Thursdays: Yoga: 12:45 - 1:35 p.m. - open to employees and spouses only. Regent's Center Dance Studio. FEE. Spring session 2: Starts April 12th
