Monday - Wednesday classes:
6:00-7:30AM - Open Circuit (no Wed)
3:30 - Insanity
4:30 - Body Toning
5:30 - Yoga
6:30 - Mixed Martial Arts (Wed. only)
Tuesday - Thursday classes:
6-7:30AM - Open Circuit workout
3:30 - Pilates
4:30 - Zumba
5:30 - 3-2-1
6:30 - Yoga
Saturdays: 11:30am - Zumba
All fitness classes are held in the dance studio in the Regent's Center.
