1st Semester Classes (students and staff)

Staff only classes listed below. The following classes are free and taught by students.


Full Body Kickboxing -
Mondays 5:45 - 6:45 p.m.; Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. - open to students and Luther employees. Regent's Center Dance Studio.

Martial Arts Workshop - Tuesday & Thursdays 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. - open to students and Luther employees. Regent's Center Dance Studio.

Tone & Tighten
- Monday & Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. - open to students, employees, and spouses. Regent's Center Dance Studio.

Tone Zone - Tuesday & Thursdays 11:35 - 12:05 p.m. - open to students and Luther employees. Regent's Center Dance Studio.

Yoga - Tuesday & Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.; Tuesday & Thursdays - 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. - open to students and Luther employees. Regent's Center Dance Studio.

Zumba - Mondays 7:00 p.m.; Wednesdays 5:45 p.m. - open to students and employees. Regent's Center Dance Studio.

Mondays: Yoga: 11:30 a.m. - 12:20 p.m. - open to employees and spouses only. Regent's Center Dance Studio. Fee-$28. Oct. 29 - Dec. 10

Tuesdays: Tai Chi - 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. - open to employees and spouses only. CFA Studio I. Fee-$28. Oct. 30 - Dec. 11

Wednesday: Zumba - 12:00 - 12:45 p.m. - open to employees and spouses only. Regent's Center Dance Studio. Fee-$28. Oct. 31-Dec. 12

Thursdays: Yoga: 12:45 - 1:35 p.m. - open to employees and spouses only. Regent's Center Dance Studio. Fee - $28. Nov. 1 - Dec. 20 (no class Nov. 22)

Masters
 Swimming
is offered with Monthly registration sign-ups. Each month, approximately 12 workouts are offered at the Luther Pool: Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:00 a.m., Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m., Fridays 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.; 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., and Sundays 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Classes are open to swimmers of all fitness and ability levels.
