Before any event can be ticketed, included in the online system, or publicized, please provide all of the following information.
Note: Time, date, and location must first be finalized with Campus Programming.
Please list the event date and start time (i.e. November 17 at 7:30 p.m.) for each performance
Price Types and Ticket Prices — list price per ticket
Do you have any comp tickets? Include ushers and house comps.
When do you want tickets to go on sale?
When do you want tickets to be available for CAF card holders?
When would you like the event listed as an upcoming event on the Ticket Office website?
For all online sales, please provide additional information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON SELLING TICKETS THROUGH THE TICKET OFFICE
Tickets cannot be sold to the public without this completed form
If your event is in the Center for Faith and Life, you will need to provide ushers.
In the event of any changes, please contact the Ticket Office Manager immediately at #1293.
All online ticket sales will now have a $2 per ticket transaction fee (paid by the patron). This fee goes directly to the Ticket Office to help cover ticketing softward expenses.
Not all Luther College events can be ticketed, and the Luther Ticket Office does not serve non-Luther events. If there is a question, a final decision will be made by the Ticket Office Manager in consultation with the Director of Campus Programming.
