The Luther College physics and chemistry departments invite community members to experience optical illusions and laser displays, make rockets and enjoy the mystifying side of science during a Haunted Lab from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, and 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27.
The Haunted Lab is held in Valders Hall of Science on the lower level of the east wing. Visitors are encouraged to park in the lot east of Preus Library and use the southeast entrance on the lowest level of Valders. Signs will be posted to guide visitors to the lab.
The event is open to the public with no charge for admission. Visitors are invited to come at any time during the event. The Haunted Lab's team of "science ghosts" will lead activities designed to be fun for visitors of all ages.
