Silent meditation practice on Tuesday evenings is rooted in the Zen Buddhist tradition, a form of Buddhism that currently is practiced all over the world, but has its historical foundations in East Asia. An explanation of how to do the practice will be given at the beginning of each session. Please participate wearing comfortable clothing.
