12/14/13 11:00AM -- ICN has repaired their fiber cut and restored our Internet connection with them. We are now back to our usual capacity for our Internet connection.
12/13/13 4:00PM -- Our internet connection with the ICN is currently down. ICN is aware of the problem and suspects a fiber cut. They are dispatching their crews to find the exact location of the cut and then fix it. They didn't give me an ETA but repairs like this usually take several hours. The good news is that our connection to the Internet is still up despite a fiber cut. The bad news is that our connection with ICN is a little more than one half of our total Internet bandwidth, so users are likely to experience slow Internet speeds until the connection is repaired.
