Debriefing for Meaningful Learning (DML) Workshop
Kristina T. Dreifuerst will lead a nursing educators workshop in which participants will discuss debriefing principles and incorporate DML into simulation and traditional clinical experiences.
The workshop is free to Luther alumni. For other educators the fee is $30.00 for the workshop and lunch. Registration is limited to 50 people. Five Contact Hours for attendance at the entire workshop [Provided by Luther College (approved provider #141)] Please, no refunds after Monday, October 1, 2018.

Ironside Distinguished (Alumni) Lecture in Nursing
The Legacy of the Luther Nurse: 40 Years and Continuing Lecture
Kristina T. Dreifuerst will share how her Luther experience shaped her and her career. She will also reflect on the rich legacy of Luther's Nursing Department. This lecture is made possible through the Ironside Distinguished Alumni Lecture in Nursing Endowment fund.

Simulation Lab Open House
Reconnect with faculty and alumni while exploring the simulation lab, renovated in 2008. It includes three clinical lab rooms where learners work in simulated environments spanning the continuum of care. High- and mid-fidelity patient mannequins allow students to experience complex and multifaceted nursing cares.
