Q2: How do I subscribe to the Luther College Document Imaging user group?

  1. Using the email address that you want to recieve the group mail at, send an email to [email protected] (a google group, not a person).
  2. Leave the message body blank.
  3. You will then receive a confirmation or rejection email.

Q3: Is my Perceptive Content password the same as my Norse key password?

Yes, Perceptive Content and my.luther use your Norse Key username and password. Visit norsekey.luther.edu to change your Norse Key.

Q4: Can I use Perceptive Content on my mobile device?

Currently WebNow, the web client for Perceptive Content, is dependent upon Java which is not able to be run on mobile devices.

Q5: Who do I contact if I am unable to log into Perceptive Content?
