You do not need to be a CS or MIS major to work at the Help Desk! We do no programming. What is required is to have a high level of interest and higher than average knowledge of computer hardware and software. Audio Visual experience is also useful.
Most importantly, applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including good oral and written communication. We also want to see a demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly on the job.
