Luther College Candlelight Nativity Service Dec. 10

Luther College College Ministries is holding a Candlelight Nativity Service at 9 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, in the Main Hall of the Center for Faith and Life on the Luther campus.

The event is open to the community with no charge for admission.

The evening will include fellowship, carols and readings in preparation for Christmas.
As the last student congregation service of semester, students enjoy a night of calm through worship before finals week. College Ministries invites people to dress comfortably for the event and bring blankets and pillows for comfortable seating on the stage.

"The service concludes with a candlelight singing of Silent Night in multiple languages and Joy to the World," said Luther College Pastor Mike Blair. The service also includes a prayer of blessing for students completing their campus studies at the end of the semester.
