This comprehensive session will equip attendees with vital skills\, including QPR suicide prevention\, Narcan administration\, and strategies for stigma reduction. Participants will gain insight into the recent Behavioral Health realignment\, explore resources through Your Life Iowa\, and practice evidence-based techniques for talking to peers about mental health and substance use (alcohol\, tobacco\, and other drugs). \nThis event is an excellent opportunity for those entering helping professions to build their toolkit and support campus wellbeing.
