DESCRIPTION:The Moon Festival\, also known as the Mid-Autumn Festival\, held on the 15th day of the eighth month in the Lunar calendar\, is a popular harvest festival celebrated in China and many Asian countries. This year\, it falls on Oct. 6 and we celebrate it on Oct. 9. Come to enjoy delicious moon cakes and fragrant tea. You will have a fun time playing Chinese games and learning about Chinese culture. This is a public event open to everyone. \nCo-sponsored by the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures and Asian Student Association and Allies (ASAA).
