"We faced an excellent team in William Penn," stated Head Coach Mike Durnin. "Although our players battled well, we had a difficult time gaining consistency in all phases of the game this afternoon. We do believe the level of competition we have faced so far this season, and will face next week versus Wheaton, is great preparation for the IIAC. We are confident our players, with our senior leadership, will continue to work hard at the process of being the best we ca be on the field."
Next week the Norse return to Carlson Stadium and will face #10 Wheaton College. Kick-off is schedule for 1:00 p.m.
