How can we ensure youth develop resilience? Historically, organized sports have played an important role in helping participants develop methods to cope with loss, injury and self-doubt. Sports also provide a platform to practice goal setting, positive self-talk and mental toughness. Join head wrestling coach, Dave Mitchell, and other panelists for a discussion of the role of sports in building resilience and producing other life-long benefits.
