Christmas Parties

Each year during finals week, the students and department faculty gather in the Center for Faith and Life to rest and recharge before the rest of the exams and to celebrate the season.

Each faculty member brings homemade treats, and the student Sigma Tau Delta chapter provides hot and cold cider.

We circulate to chat with friends, then gather to sing Christmas carols and dance through the building and around the beautifully lit Christmas tree, singing a traditional Danish carol, led by Lise Kildegaard. (Yes, Luther was founded by Norwegians!)

We have a great time and then depart not only recharged for exams, but in the right mindset to go home and celebrate with our families too.
