Student Organizations

The following is a list of the student organizations that are sponsored by the Luther College Diversity Center. E-mail contact of the following organizations can be found on the Recognized Student Organizations page.

Asian Student Association and Allies (ASAA)

Seeks to foster understanding of Asian ethnicity and provide community for Asians and allies.

Believing and Achieving

Mentoring and tutoring program for elementary students.

Beta Theta Omega (BTQ)

Provides opportunities for members to develop and strengthen their self-confidence, personal integrity, and leadership qualities.

Black Student Union (BSU)

A political, cultural, and social support center for students of African descent and their allies.

HOLA-Enlaces Hispanic Org Latinos Y Amigos Spanish Club

Previously two separate groups, this group is for Hispanic/Latino students and their allies to educate students about Hispanic culture.

International Student and Allies Association (ISAA)

Promotes cross cultural understanding and global diversity. Sponsors Education Week activities.

LC Feminists

Promotes gender equality in the community and raises awareness of global issues related to gender disparity.

Muslim Student Association and Allies (MSAA)

Fosters an understanding about Islam on campus and builds good relations. You do not have to be a Muslim to be in MSAA, you just have to be curious.


Works for the equality and rights of ALL people. We strive to create a campus wide environment that is accepting of GLBTQAI (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered, Queer, Questioning, Asexual, and Inter-sexed) persons, as well as those allies who support GLBTQAI issues, where any individual can feel safe and comfortable.

Zeta Tau Psi (men)

Offers members cultural, intellectual, and social diversity.
