Guests are to be seated by 7:45pm. Graduates wear their caps and gowns and sit together as a class. The celebratory worship service includes hymns, choir anthems, prayers and blessings for graduates and their families. Rooted in the college’s Lutheran Christian heritage and our confidence in God’s care for all people of the earth, this ecumenical service includes prayer petitions that celebrate the diversity of religious traditions represented in the graduating class.

The ceremony will be streamed live and archived at Audio recordings of the service are available upon request from the Office of College Ministries, or (563) 387-1040. A freewill offering will be taken and designated to local and global charities in honor of the senior class.
