Volunteers from each graduating class serve as liaisons to the college and their classmates. They share college and personal news items and work to increase the Luther Fund by writing letters to their classmates twice a year.
Through these letters, class agents motivate additional alumni participation and encourage larger gifts. This challenging effort is vital to the future of the college.
Class agents gather as a group each year during Homecoming Weekend at the annual Class Agent/Alumni Council luncheon and class agent workshop that follows. At this event, class agents receive the latest edition of the Class Agent Handbook, welcome new agents to the group, honor retiring agents, and recognize participation—and achievement of milestones—in giving to the Luther Fund.
