Developed in a Kellogg Entrepreneurship class, Saq founded Paradise 4 Paws (“P4P”). P4P is an award-winning pet services company that has been featured in numerous media including the New York Times, Business Week, USA Today and The Today Show and was also name one of the “Coolest Businesses in America” by Business Insider. P4P opened its first location near ORD in May 2008 and now operates 17 locations nationwide with plans to expand to all major U.S. airports.
Prior to Paradise 4 Paws, as a Certified Public Accountant and manager with Diamond Consultants and Ernst & Young, Saq gained over nine years of experience in team management, client relationships, accounting, information technology and business operations in a variety of industries. For two consecutive years, he served as an interviewer and assessor for E&Y’s Entrepreneur of the Year® program. Saq has his MBA in Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management, where he was elected student government president. He also co-chaired the Kellogg Alumni Club of Chicago. Saq is a Certified Dog Trainer through Animal Behavior College and a development board member at PAWS Chicago, Chicago’s largest and most active no-kill animal shelter. Frequently recognized and sought out for his views on entrepreneurship and the pet industry, Saq Nadeem was named the 2013 Illinois Small Business Person of the Year and has been profiled in Business Week, Chicago Tribune, and Kellogg World alumni magazine.
Saq lives in Chicago with his husband Daniel and four furry children (two Weimaraner’s Vera & Miuccia and two cats Sace and Schubert).
