  • National Student Day 2015

    National Student Day - Thursday, October 8

    The Book Shop will be honoring Luther students on National Student Day, Thursday, October 8, for their volunteer efforts and work in making the world a better place. All Luther students are invited to take the Jelly Belly Bamboozled Challenge and receive an extra 10% off your entire purchase of clearance items. 

    Now through October 22, 2015 stop by the Book Shop and take a selfie. Post it to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram  Use #GIVEME5NSD and be entered to win a $500 campus store gift card. Winner will be announced October 26.

    Weekend Hours

    The Book Shop will be closed Saturday and Sunday, October 10 and 11 for fall break. We will resume regular hours on Monday, October 12.

  • Homecoming - October 17 & 18

    The Luther Book Shop will be open Saturday, October 17 from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and on Sunday, October 18 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

    On Saturday, the book Shop will host several authors for book signings.

    From 9:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m, Doug Eckheart, author of Eye Training: A Beginner's Drawing Workbook and Alissa (Vanderpool) Vermillion '90, author of Beyond Farewell.

    11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and during half-time, Chris Norton, Class of 2014 and Terry Norton, coauthors, along with Christy Hayes; The Power of Faith When Tragedy Strikes. To pre-order a copy of the book, click here.

    1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m., Robert Shedinger, author of Jesus & Jihad, Radically Open and Was Jesus a Muslim, Todd Green, author of The Fear of Islam and Tabita Green, author of Her Lost Year.
