Luther College Booth at the Iowa State Fair, August 11 - 21, 2016

Alumni and Current Student Volunteers Needed to Help Staff the Luther College Booth at the Iowa State Fair, Thursday, August 11 to Sunday, August 21, 2016

There are three shifts available each day for our alumni and current student volunteers.  We will need two volunteers per shift and the shift times will run from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The booth will also be staffed at all times by a Luther College staff member.  Volunteers will have the opportunity to answer questions about Luther, interact with fair attendees at the booths, and visit with prospective students and Luther alumni.

If you would like to volunteer for a shift, please fill out the form below by Friday, July 8th.  We will get back to you by the end of July to let you know if there is space available in the schedule for you to assist us. If you are selected to help, you will receive a ticket for free admission to the fair and a Luther College t-shirt!  Be sure to let us know on the volunteer form what size shirt you would like us to reserve for you.  Please plan on wearing this Luther t-shirt (or any other Luther apparel you already have) when working your shift at the fair.

The Luther booth is #425-426 at the Varied Industries Building.  Be sure to tell your family and friends to stop by the Luther College booth at the Iowa State Fair!
