Fall Community Day

Join us for the annual Community Day Picnic, and a Luther College Norse versus the University of Dubuque home football game at 1:00 p.m. on Legacy Field.

Enjoy a full day of football, soccer, food, fellowship, and fun with Luther alumni, parents, students, and friends of the college on Saturday, September 18. The annual Fall Community Day is sponsored by Decorah Bank and Trust in partnership with Luther College.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the Regents Center circle drive, catered by Sodexo, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 the Regents Center Circle Drive.

Menu includes: Apple BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich or Carolina Maple BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich, Creamy Poppyseed Slaw, Root Beer Baked Beans, Fresh Chips, Brownies and Chocolate Chip Cookies, Water.

Cost for the picnic and admission to the football game is $8.00 per adult (children 16 and under are free). RSVP is required. REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. Registration deadline was Friday, September 10!

Kids can pick up a FREE "Game Pass" Shaped by Community T-shirt which will allow free admission to all regular season Norse athletic events in the 2021-22 school year! T-shirts for the kids are courtesy of Decorah Bank and Trust and can be picked-up on game day at the picnic site.

Schedule for the Day

  • Community Picnic, Regents Center circle drive, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Luther Football vs. University of Dubuque, Carlson Stadium, kick-off at 1:00 p.m.
  • Luther Women's Soccer vs. Grinnell, match begins at 3:30 p.m.
