In a celebration of the diverse cultures that come together to make up the Luther College population, the annual Luther Diversity Center's Ethnic Arts Festival is Saturday, March 3. Events include a festival during the day and dance and song performance in the evening.
The Festival, held in the Center for the Arts from 2-5 p.m., is open to the public with no charge for admission. The International Culture and Cuisine event coincides with the Festival, offering hors d'oeuvres for purchase throughout the atrium during the event. Ticket prices for the hors d'oeuvres are $12 for those 14 and older; $6 for anyone between 6-13; and no charge for children under six.
In the evening, there will be performances representing different cultures, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Center for Faith and Life Main Hall. There is no charge for admission. The performance includes a variety of cultural dances and songs performed by Luther students.
