If you are a high school senior who has applied for admission to Luther College, you may qualify for our Fly-in Reimbursement Program! The program includes:
Luther will reimburse you for half the ticket cost, up to $150, following your campus visit. If you enroll at Luther, the remaining half of the ticket cost, up to $150, will be credited to your Luther account upon enrollment. The airline ticket receipt must be presented to the Admissions Office at the time of your campus visit to receive the reimbursement.
If you use frequent flier miles, a flight itinerary showing the number of miles used should be presented to the Admissions Office during your visit. Mileage reimbursement amounts are as follows: $200 for 20,000 redeemed miles, $250 for 25,000 redeemed miles, and $300 for 30,000 redeemed miles.
Example 1: Brent flies in from Denver, Colorado. The cost of his ticket was $220. Brent will be mailed a $110 check shortly after his visit, and an additional $110 will be credited to his Luther College account upon enrollment.
Example 2: Mackenzie flies in from San Antonio, Texas. The cost of her ticket is $400. Mackenzie will be mailed a $150 check shortly after her visit, and an additional $150 will be credited to her Luther account once she enrolls.
