This one-day workshop is for faculty beginning their second year of teaching at Luther, as well as other faculty who have not previously participated in it. The workshop will focus on building faculty collegiality in a non-threatening, non-doctrinaire environment. Topics include church-related higher education, Lutheran higher education, a brief history of Luther College, the college's mission, and the role of its Lutheran foundation at the college today. Lunch will be provided, and participants will receive a $50 stipend. Facilitators: Storm Bailey, Sean Burke, and Maren Johnson
