Norse Writing Lab
The Norse Writing Lab is a resource available to all Luther students who seek assistance in writing. The lab is located on the main level of Preus Library, under the sign "Writing Help."
Hours: 3:00-9:00 p.m., Sunday-Thursday (fall and spring semester). During January Term, the lab helps students by arrangement, scheduled through SASC.
The lab is staffed by peer tutors who work in 30-minute one-on-one sessions to help students with:
- paper assignments in all subject areas or courses
- senior projects
- job application letters
- "personal statements" for graduate or professional schools
To make an appointment with a writing tutor, click here or go to Katie and click on the Norse Writing Lab logo. Walk-in appointments are welcome, but tutors give priority to appointments scheduled in advance.
