Like a Turtle Without a Shell, or Crow's Feet

"Like a turtle without a shell, or crow's feet" is an innovative dance work that takes on the sometimes serious, frequently funny and always universal experience of bodies and psyches in pain. An approximately 35-minute piece for three performers/creators, Gretchen Alterowitz, Alison Bory and Amanda Hamp, the work ruminates on the sensations of the body as it deteriorates, reinvigorates and reimagines its own possibilities.
