Food Education Events

Lots o' peas.

Throughout the summer Luther will be offering a wide range of cooking classes, tours, farm experiences and book discussions as a way to connect people, food and place. Food experiences are open to all faculty, staff and family members. All CSA participants should choose at least two educational opportunities.

Feel free to sign-up for as many events as you want, however, keep in mind that most events are limited to 10-12 participants. We will notify you if an event that you select is already full and simply ask you to select something else. All events are free of charge with the exception of the book discussions in which case participants are asked to cover half the cost of the book. We hope you will enjoy this summer’s food education experiences!
