Campus Food Committees

Campus food committees are one way that Luther faculty, staff and students can engage in dialog about sustainable food. 

  • Food, Purchasing and Waste Task Group

    This committee is made up of faculty, staff and students who get together once a month to discuss food, purchasing and waste issues on campus.
  • Food Council

    This student-led committee meets every other week to discuss food issues on campus and to discuss creative solutions with dining services staff.
