As an educational institution we value the pursuit of knowledge, idea sharing and opportunities for expanded horizons.  To that end, we are beginning to offer more food-based educational opportunities for faculty, staff and students.

  • The Veg Yourself Pledge

    As part of a student project, pledge to "Veg Yourself" and join Luther students, faculty, and staff in a pledge to eat vegetarian at least once a week until the end of the Spring 2011 semester.
  • Food in the Curriculum

    Many professors incorporate food education into their already existing classes. Here are a sample of a few that do.
  • Book Discussions

    Book groups provide faculty and staff with an opportunity to learn more about local foods. Learn about getting involved in one today!
