Grass Run Farms provides Luther College with bacon, burgers and ground beef, all of which comes from grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic free animals. They believe that grass raised meat is better for the animals, the consumers and the producers, as does Luther College.
The farm is owned by five families and Gary Dial. They breed and finish pigs for slaughter through Grass Run Farms.
Ryan and Eugene raise and sell grass fed beef through Grass Run Farms.
