Seniors are at an exciting yet challenging time of life as they think about where they will go and what they will do after life at Luther. Not only will some students be entering the workforce for the first time, but many may also be embarking upon the new adventure of buying their own groceries, stepping foot in a kitchen and paying an electric bill.
The Center for Sustainable Communities is partnering with members of the PFABS staff to plan programming that will address many aspects of sustainable living that lie at the intersection of wellness and sustainability. These programs will meet RA programming requirements and RAs will be assisted with the logistics of setting up sustainability-related events.
PFABS RAs have the opportunity to offer programs that will help residents gain some of the skills necessary for life after Luther. List of "Life Skills" Programs
Additionally, RAs are encouraged to offer sustainability-related programming that relates to wellness, social, all-hall and service requirements. List of Sustainability Program Ideas.
