Ellen works for Sustainable Foods, which is dedicated to growing and purchasing sustainable foods here at Luther, as well as educating people about the importance of choosing to buy local and make sustainable choices in their eating habits.

At Luther, Ellen is also involved in Aurora and PALS.  She is on the Sustainability Council and became a Sustainability Representative to Student Senate in the Spring of 2013.  Why does Ellen like working for Sustainability?  “I love working towards bettering the earth with such awesome people!!”
