Luther College Commits to Grown Locally Produce
In the spring of 2012, Luther signed a letter of commitment with Grown Locally, a cooperative of small, local farms as part of Luther's plan to have 35% of food purchased to come from a local source.

Luther College purchases yogurt from nearby Country View Dairy. They use their own milk to make the yogurt and do not add any thickeners or preservatives.
