Zero Waste Picnic, Bentdahl Commons (rain location: Dahl Centennial Union Cafeteria)
Luther is committed to environmental sustainability. The Zero Waste Picnic's goal is to generate as little waste as possible; we will reuse, recycle, or compost what we can. In an effort to promote allergy awareness, the menu for the picnic will be naturally free of milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanutes, tree nuts, and gluten.
There is no charge for the Zero Waste Picnic for Luther students on the board plan. For nonstudents, there is a charge of $9 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-10, children under 5 free. Meal tickets may be purchased outside Dahl Centennial Union beginning at 10:00 a.m., or beginning at 11:30 a.m. at Bentdahl Commons.
A Luther Welcome, Center for Faith and Life main hall
President Paula Carlson, campus staff, College Ministries, and student orientation leaders will officially welcome students and their families to the Luther Community.
