Fitness Classes

Total Body workout--start Sept. 16

Early morning workout folks--this class is for you. Mon-Wed-Fri mornings at 6:30 a.m. for this fifty-minute circuit class. Meet in the East Gym of the Regents Center.

Saturdays: 9:30 a.m.--Same fun workout as the week but with a weekend twist!

Fall through Thanksgiving 6 a.m. Monday through Friday

Thanksgiving to spring break 7a.m.,  M-F

Spring Break through end of year 6 a.m., M-F
