Each year, four awards will be given for outstanding leadership and service undertaken by Luther students and student groups; they are presented at an annual year-end Student Leadership and Service Banquet. The awards are: Outstanding Event, Outstanding Service Project, Outstanding Student Leader, Outstanding Organization.

Student earning certificates are also honored at this program.
