To accomplish these goals, we invite people of all backgrounds, races and religions to build houses together in partnership with families in need. Through volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, Habitat builds and rehabilitates simple, sustainable homes alongside its homeowner (partner) families. Habitat for Humanity meets every Sunday evening at 7:00 pm in the S.O.S. room in the Union. Building on the Winneshiek County house happens every Tuesday and Saturday until the first snow fall from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
