Habitat for Humanity Spring Break Trip

This year, Habitat for Humanity is traveling to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Luther College Students volunteer, serving to build low income houses with the Santa Fe Habitat for Humanity.  A limit of 50 Luther students will accompany 5-6 Luther faculty and staff advisers for a week of service.

Anyone and everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.  This year we will be focusing on teaching, learning, serving, community building, and growing in new and exciting ways.  We have opportunities to not only build with Habitat but also explore and embrace the culture of San Antonio throughout the week.   

Full estimated cost: $475 - includes group meals, travel, and HFH affiliate contribution. Participants will pay for their own meals while traveling, and for their own spending money, souvenirs, etc.

Deposit: before or on November 18th it is $50 and after this date it is $100. Deposits can be dropped off at the College Ministries office, CFL 206

Luther Habitat for Humanity will host fundraisers including a letter writing campaign to offset costs for participants.  Fundraising details will be available at Habitat for Humanity meetings.
