College Apartments

The college apartments were built in the residential neighborhood on Ridge Road (just east of campus) in the early 1970s. The one and two bedroom units house traditional students; limited housing is available for married students upon request.

 

The air conditioned apartments provide a more independent living environment for upperclass students while retaining campus connections. A full board plan is required for traditional students.

Apartment Features

Buildings 606 and 608 (each housing three students per apartment):

• Full bathroom in each unit
• Bedroom with built-in closet and living room area
• One DSL network connection per room (DSL modems are available for check-out at no cost to provide a connection for each student)
• The following is provided for each student: twin bed, desk, desk chair and dresser
• Laundry room in each building
• No smoking is allowed anywhere in building

Buildings 604 and 610 contain:

• Full bathroom
• Kitchen furnished with range and full-size refrigerator
• One or two bedrooms with built-in closet. The following is provided for each student: twin bed, desk, desk chair and dresser
• Living room
• One DSL network connection per room (DSL modems are available for check-out at no cost to provide a connection for each student)
• Laundry room in each building
• No smoking is allowed anywhere in building
