Residence Halls
As the saying goes, there's a lot to be learned outside the college classroom, and choosing a residence hall—or dorm, as it's known in college vernacular—is an important step toward learning the lessons of living with others and developing community.
"Room draw," or the process by which upperclassmen declare room/roommate preferences, takes place in April. First-year students indicate their preference of dorm in their housing application, which includes a personality profile. For more information, see Policies and Procedures.
