A Four-Year Career Plan

Our goal in the Career Center is to educate all Luther students about the career planning process and to assist them in all phases of this development over their time at the college. We believe that the idea of career planning is an important component of a liberal arts education and should be integrated into a student's college experience.

We also believe that students are ready to assimilate different parts of this process at different times, and we have developed our programs accordingly. To give you some ideas of suggested activities that you may pursue during you college career, please review the following Four-Year Checklist. By no means is this "checklist" exhaustive; it is to be used as a guide to get started. As always, we strongy recommend that you speak with a career counselor when you are ready to begin exploring and discussing your career plans.
