Captain…earned all-conference honors as a member of the outdoor 4 x 800 meter relay team…also earned all-conference for the first time in cross and ran in the top-seven of Luther's national qualifying team…two-time academic all-conference honoree (3.5 GPA or higher)…multiple letter winner in cross country, track, and soccer while at Gilbert High...earned all-conference and all-regional honors in the 1,500 and 3,000 meter run in 2006...also earned all-conference honors in 2007 in cross country...member of three squads that qualified for the Iowa 2A State Cross Country Championships in 2005, 2007 and 2008...Tigers also claimed a region title 2005...academic all-state honoree in 2008...National Honor Society member...also a member of the Norse cross country team…daughter of Delayne and Chris Stokke.
