The Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) has announced that Cassandra Chalhoub has been named the performer of the week for women's tennis.

Chalhoub, a senior, went 4-0 during the week with two wins each at No. 1 singles and at No. 1 doubles with partner Lola White-Baer. In singles play, she battled back to defeat Jamie Hoffman of the College of Saint Benedict in a match tie-breaker after dropping the first set. Chalhoub helped Luther improve to 4-0 overall while raising her individual records to 3-1 in both singles and doubles.
