Softball

Kelsey has her future all mapped out. She is majoring in accounting and management with a minor in information systems. After Luther she plans to pursue a masters of accountancy, earn a CPA, and work as an accountant.

She reflected on a defining moment here at Luther. “At the very beginning of my Luther softball career we were completing our first set of 300’s [distance sprints] with our strength and conditioning coach. It was at that moment that I realized the incredible effort each and every player, including myself, was going to put into this program on a daily basis to achieve greatness.”

Last season, Kelsey not only made 19 appearances in the pitching circle en route to a record of 9-1, she also batted a team best .457 with 12 RBI.

She adds, “This commitment and dedication is something only Luther College softball could bring into my life.”
