So far the experience has been a plus. In 2012, Becca was a first team NFCA All-American pitcher after posting a record of 30-7. She was also named the Iowa Conference Pitcher of the Year and MVP of the NCAA III Pella Regional. She set single season school records for wins, strikeouts (264) and complete games (28).

Speaking of statistics, the mathematics (with a stats emphasis) major plans to pursue a career as an actuary following her time at Luther College.
