Luther scored multiple runs in the second, third and sixth innings en route to a n 11-8 victory over University of Chicago.
Shari Huber, Morgan Franklin and Alise Miller all drove in two runs, while Elisa Smith, Carli Radil, Kelsey Weindruch and Kayla Hatting were all credited with one RBI.
Franklin, Radil, and Huber provided most of the fireworks in the sixth. Franklin and Radil drove in runs with doubles, while Huber provided a two-run triple.
Becca Girvan improved to 6-1 going the distance in the circle.
Luther improved its record to 12-3. The Norse will wrap up their trip to Clermont, Fla., this afternoon with a game against Houghton College (NY).
