Luther fell to 9-3 overall after losing to UW-River Falls 17-3 in five innings. The Falcons scored 13 runs in the bottom of the fourth, that included a two-run home run by Ashley Goettl, plus two home runs by Sarah Bohlen, a solo shot and a grand slam.
Carli Radil drove in two of Luther's three runs, while Kelsey Weindruch drove in the other.
