Luther finished 2012 campaign with an overall record of 41-9, its third year in a row with 40-plus wins
Two-time Iowa Conference Coach of the Year
Led the Norse to Iowa Conference championships in 2012, 2011 and 2007
Has coached 46 all-conference, 2 conference MVP, 41 NFCA Midwest Region selections and 13 All-Americans.

1992 graduate of Iowa State University.
19th year as an assistant coach working with the pitchers.
The past three years, her pitching staff has posted the fourth best ERA in the NCAA III in 2010 (1.08) and 2011(1.39,) and 14th best in 2012 (1.62)
Luther has also led the Iowa Conference the past three years with an ERA of 1.11 in 2010, 1.39 in 2011 and 1.62 in 2012
Has coached 3 All-American and 7 all-conference pitchers
Pitched three seasons for the Iowa State Cyclones earning All-Big Eight academic honors
Named co-captain her senior year
In 2010, the Norse pitching staff set a single season school record for strikeouts with 406
