Maggie played for a high school program that won two section championships. The academic all-state selection had many choices of where to continue playing. “There were so many reasons I chose Luther, but the friendly atmosphere and the success of the academic programs were probably the biggest reasons for me.”

During her time here the midfielder helped lead the Norse to their fourth Iowa  Conference championship and in 2012 she led the team in scoring with 16 points. She has also been a three-time academic all-conference honoree (3.5 GPA or higher). With past and present success on the field Maggie plans to move future efforts to the medical field.
